Hope Whispers Try it One More Time

What is hope? Proverbs 13:12 says, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life."


A "deferred hope" is a broken promise, and it makes us heart-sick.  There are no words to say to the broken hearted promise. When the heart is sick, it longs for a blessing. It longs for love.

There is a saying which states, "People cry, not because they’re weak. It’s because they’ve been strong for too long."

Sailing through life

Struggling to find something to hang on to, people reach for hope. Luis Palau once said, "When you face the perils of weariness, carelessness, and confusion, don’t pray for an easier life. Pray instead to be a stronger man or woman of God.”

For when the world tells you to give up, hope whispers, Try it one more time.
