It's easy right now. We tell ourselves, we're finally settling down and getting comfortable. Looking over our lives, we reflect on our past. Yesterday we were struggling. We went through one trial after another and we were uncomfortable.
We feared.

Life appears to be good. We are satisfied with the 'status quo'.
All of sudden something happens and rocks our boat. We analyze the situation, we measure the pros and cons.
We now face change.
Change rocks our world. It shakes up the ordinary with risk. It says the future is uncertain. We worry if things will turn out the way we want. We wonder whether the risks involved will be worth it.
When these things happen in life, this is a time to seek God's word. Ask Him to reveal His intentions, His will for your life during this period. Don't be hasty. Don't snap judgment and don't make any quick decisions.
Pray over your situation. Sleep on it if necessary. In the moment we can easily let our fear decide things for us.
Remember where God is leading you is always in your best interest. Remember God's loving care. Keep Him first place in your life and let Him lead you during this transitional period.
