Daily Inspiration - Sept 4

By Faith alone

I'm inspired to write about those three little words, "by faith alone".

There's a song that inspires the human heart, the words of Chris Tomlin's "Your Grace is Enough" shout out the heart's desire.

"Great is Your faithfulness oh God
You wrestle with the sinner's heart
You lead us by still waters in to mercy
And nothing can keep us apart
Your grace is enough"

Those lyrics remind us that we cannot do life on our own. We need the Almighty to work things out on our behalf, and by faith we let Him.

For in this life, the unexpected happens. There is no guarantee that life will be exactly as you planned. Uncontrollable things happen and sudden changes in life cause us to refocus. Overcoming the challenges one must face is done in the confidence of faith.

By faith alone, we can hold true to His Promise.

By faith alone, we can be patient in those unexpected occurrences. By faith alone, we can be confident that ALL things will work out according to His plans for those who love Him.

By faith alone, We can do ALL things through Christ.
