Through the storms we seek shelter. In life's challenges, we find our purpose. Only through the tests we will find our testimony. For nothing in life happens in vain. If we walk in faith through the challenges we face each day we are promised victory.

Life happens. There is no guarantee that life will not present you with enormous challenges. Every one of us will face crisis in our life, financial burdens, family obligations, relationship problems, and so on. We cannot expect it all to be smooth sailing, but how we deal with those issues can relieve us from the anxiety and worry.

Life's unexpected moments can also bring us great abundance of joy and blessings. When we come out on the other side, we can easily reflect upon the past.

During these storms we only see the rain. The rainbow appears only when the storms have passed. In the same way, we may not be able to see the positive results our challenges bring us until the moment has passed.

If you are facing such a storm in your life, take a moment to reflect on God's great promise. 'He who has begun a good work in you will finish it until the end.'

Hold on to that promise, with courage and in faith, for soon the storm will pass and the rainbow will suddenly appear.
