Daily Inspiration - July 29

Summer is almost over. It's hard to believe how fast the time goes. August is only a few days away and many families will be planning their back to school affairs.
Children depend on their parents to lead them. Influencing their decisions in life to do what is right, children need parents that invoke responsibility and godly character.

As the child grows they slowly separate themselves from their parents. What a parent teaches their young today will establish their presence for the future. For a child is directly influenced by the behavior of those around them.

Ask yourself, what kind of role model are you in the lives of your children? If you do not have any children of your own, you still reflect a legacy on the children in your life. Those nieces, nephews, and children of your friends, they are watching.

Treat others with respect. Always tell the truth. These are the most common traits taught to our children. Basic principles yet how often children will test their boundaries. Be the one your child can turn to when they fall. Listen to your child.

Love them for their individuality, for who they are.

Pray for our families, the children of tomorrow. For the future belongs to each one of them.
